James Bowles is a Director at Mason Alexander and is a co-founder of the Leaders of Tech community. James has worked in the tech industry for 15 years advising companies across the world on how to attract talent, solve scaling challenges and how to mobilise engineering and product functions in new international locations.

James is passionate about technology and how tech and talent can be brought together to solve problems, build amazing new products, and disrupt industries. James is a regular host of tech events and loves to bring awareness to the tech community on topics such as career future-proofing, pivoting, and the power of building a network. In 2018 James was hired to launch the Technology business at Mason Alexander which has grown to be one of the most respected tech recruitment teams in Europe.

James was a competitive swimmer, a less competitive rugby player and now loves sea swimming, hiking, reading about history and technology, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family in Dublin and Tipperary.
