Andrew is a tech innovator and an expert in talent acquisition solutions and strategic communications. Since 2013, Andrew has led the growth of Mason Alexander in Ireland and Europe. Mason Alexander currently has an employee base of close to 100 consultants in Dublin and Berlin, who engage daily with 2 million people on talent acquisition channels. Mason Alexander manages a diverse offering of global recruitment, complex product builds and a sports division. In 2015, Andrew was named as one of Ireland’s ‘30 under 30 entrepreneurs. Andrew is an avid contributor at events and webinars in the areas of leadership, innovation, and talent solutions.
