Dorothy Creaven – VP, Managing Director and site lead for Rent the Runway
Dorothy Creaven isVice President, Managing Director and site lead at the Rent the Runway. She is an Electronic Engineering graduate from NUI Galway, and has 20years’ experience in enterprise software, tech startups, management and leadership for SMEs and multinationals alike. Dorothy specialises in scaling technology companies from rapid-growth greenfield sites to global software R&D organisations.
Her corporate background also includes international corporates such as Google, AbbottVascular, as well as EPAM Systems, a US publicly-listed Forbes Fast 25 Tech company. Listed as one of Ireland's top 25 women in engineering, Dorothy also co-founded her own multi-award winning technology startup, an enterprise marketing automation company, Element Wave, successfully operating globally from Galway between 2010 and 2017.
Dhanya Jayachandra – Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for Unitek AI
Dhanya Jayachandra is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for Unitek AI, one of Ireland’s fastest growing FinTechs. As CTO, Dhanya leads Unitek’s engineering, infrastructure, security, and data science teams, whilst overseeing product development planning and roadmap. Her specialties include enterprise software, automation research, leadership and management, and scaling talent pipeline from universities and innovative startups.
Originally from India, Dhanya completed her undergraduate work in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering before receiving her Masters in Data Science with honours fromUniversity College Cork. Her corporate background includes stints in software engineering and specialised automation at Oracle prior to co-founding Unitek. Nominated as CTO of the Year by Ireland’s Women in IT, Dhanya is the recipient of multiple awards for academic excellence throughout her educational and professional career. She lives with her husband in Dublin.
Dave O’Donovan – Chief Digital and Information Officer for Aer Lingus
Dave O’Donovan is the Chief Digital and Information Officer in Aer Lingus, and a Member of the Executive Management Committee of Aer Lingus. Dave is part of the Management Committee of IAG Tech, the technology function supporting IAG, whose airlines also include British Airways, Iberia and Vueling.
Before joining Aer Lingus and the aviation industry in 2017, Dave was based in New York for many years, working mainly in start-ups, incubators and innovation partnerships. His background includes management consulting, data and analytics, eCommerce and Social across several industries. He holds a BEng fromElectronic Engineering from University College, Dublin and lives in Ireland with his family.
